About the Physiotherapy Role

Are you a motivated and experienced physiotherapist seeking to make a positive impact in your community?

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team in Dubbo and surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.

Your work will play a vital role in helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You

  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration
  • Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
