**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality control.
