Our Vision

We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won't leave you smelling like you just came from work.

Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school and play. But we are not just a healthy quick service restaurant We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.

Your Role
  1. Lead the team in efficient day-to-day operations.
  2. Be a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with our values and culture.
  3. Assist in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  4. Assist with hiring new team members and on-boarding them.
  5. Assist in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff.
  6. Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
  7. Assist with ordering of stock from various suppliers.
  8. Assist with administrative duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies.
  9. Manage daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
  10. Assist with executing marketing promotions.
  11. Ensure safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
Your Qualifications
  • Previous shift supervisor experience.

  • Focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making an enjoyable place to work.
  • Able to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues.
