Legal Advisor: Governance and Contracts Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team in a hybrid, permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have in-house experience and exposure to governance, with a strong background in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and draft contracts for various purposes, including procurement, consultancy, IT, sponsorship, and leases.
- Legal Advice: Provide expert guidance on commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters.
- Template Development: Create and maintain standard contracts and templates to streamline business operations.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes and support litigation processes to ensure effective resolution of conflicts.
- Training and Guidance: Deliver legal training and guidance to the business to promote compliance and best practices.
- Support Functions: Assist with board materials, reports, regulatory filings, and governance tasks as required.
