We are currently seeking a Culinary Professional to join our dynamic team at Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef or cook looking to restore their work-life balance and gain employment in one of Australia's fastest-growing industries.

  • Prepare, cook, and serve food in adherence with dietary requirements, maintaining a strong focus on food safety standards.
  • Support senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation.
  • Promote quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will take pride in your presentation, be knowledgeable about nutrition, and have a keen interest in the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents. You will have proven experience in safe food preparation, storage, and delivery, as well as a clear understanding of workplace health and safety.
