We're a passionate charity working across Africa and expanding into Australia. Our mission is to eliminate period poverty through access, education, and dignity.
We've distributed over 38,000 menstrual cups to date across 25 communities in 6 countries. Our goal is to keep girls in school, boost their confidence, and help them learn and understand their own bodies.
The RoleAs a Communications and Operations Coordinator, you'll grow our organisation and make a real difference in the lives of girls and women globally. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Marketing & Communications
- Develop and manage EDM campaigns and email marketing initiatives
- Create engaging social media content across platforms
- Maintain digital presence and online community engagement
- Fundraising & Development
- Drive donor acquisition strategies
- Manage donor stewardship programs and maintain general donor relationships
- Identify and secure event sponsors
- Assist at fundraising events and represent us at industry events
- General Operations
- Support day-to-day operational needs of our organisation
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Assist with manual receipts/accounting reconciliation
- Genuine passion for women's health and international development
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours across different time zones
