We are seeking a skilled professional with exceptional leadership abilities to join our Transformation Practice. As an Operations Director, you will lead project teams effectively, develop strategies to meet client objectives, manage client relationships, oversee budget and resource allocation, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
