We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our hybrid team within the Customer Group. As part of this role, you will find the space to create and be inspired by like-minded individuals representing product, IT, sales, and marketing.

Working closely with cross-functional teams known as HIVEs, which consist of Specialist Sales, Success, and Support, you will be the strategic partner connecting customers with growth opportunities.

The role involves managing relationships with customers using both virtual and face-to-face channels, identifying customer needs, and engaging relevant team members to action.

Growing revenue through product upgrades, maintaining 100% product retention, and driving product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews are key responsibilities.

You will also maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Sales Support.

Key qualities include being a team player, building meaningful connections with stakeholders, possessing strong communication skills, and having a 'can-do' attitude.
