Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist in Day Surgery

As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will review, plan and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the nurse manager.

About the Role

This position involves leading a team of registered nurses to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.

The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.

Current registration with AHPRA, recent experience in day surgery and any clinical leadership experience or postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes

Lead and manage a team of registered nurses to achieve organisational objectives
