We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our leadership team in a Day Surgery Unit Manager role.

About the Role

You will oversee patient care within the unit, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical excellence. As a leader, you will manage nursing teams to provide high-quality patient care, reviewing and planning services as required.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong clinical knowledge and competence within an acute surgical setting. The successful candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold current registration with AHPRA, recent experience in Day Surgery, and highly regarded skills in Endoscopy. Any clinical leadership experience or postgraduate specialty qualifications will be highly valued.
