About The Role

This is a full-time opportunity located in Blacktown, where you will work closely with students to develop their skills and expertise in horticulture. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective training programs
  • Recording and evaluating assessment outcomes
  • Providing support and guidance for learners
  • Enhancing learning materials and resources
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher qualification
  • Certificate IV in Horticulture or a related field
  • Previous experience in the VET sector or RTO environment
  • Proven ability to deliver and assess vocational education and training programs
