We are seeking a skilled Horticulture Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

Mandatory Requirements:

- A Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Certification in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications).
- Relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and communication skills are necessary for this role. We require the ability to develop engaging training content and effectively assess student progress.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering high-quality training programs, assessing student performance, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
