Seeking a Horticulture Training Specialist to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to learners in an online setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including Units of Competency TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) and at least 3 years experience in the horticulture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structured training programs for learners
  • Assess learner competencies in both theory and practical assessments
  • Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their studies
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes
  • Evaluate and improve training quality through collaboration with other trainers and assessors

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the horticulture industry
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and administrative skills
