Job Overview:

The position of Trainer and Assessor involves conducting classes with both domestic and international students, focusing on teaching a Certificate III in Horticulture.

About the Role:

This role requires an individual who can deliver high-quality training and assessment services to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs
  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of training programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; TAE40116 or TAE40110 along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, or Higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Arrangements:

As a condition of employment, candidates may be required to undergo a National Police Check and provide proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency.
