We are a global precision livestock company reshaping how cattle producers worldwide unlock animal performance.
This position is responsible for day-to-day logistics coordination, maintaining efficient and smooth operation of the physical location, overseeing administrative functions and activities, including building maintenance and Health and Safety.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for client and customer service, intra-team communication, accurate data entry and checking, managing inventory, shipping and tracking of client embryos and semen, and maintaining company assets.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Coordinator will contribute process improvement recommendations and solutions, attend Health and Safety Committee Meetings, assist in monitoring liquid nitrogen tank levels, conduct full semen and embryo audits, and travel for training programs and other locations assistance.
To succeed as an Operations Coordinator, you will possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to change. You will work under pressure, plan your workload, and request team participation when necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required, along with highly skilled communication and relationship-building skills.
You will work closely with the Lab Manager and other team members to achieve our goals. Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, is key to success in this role.
