Job Title: Agribusiness Team Leader

The role of an Agribusiness Team Leader is to oversee a team of relationship associates and senior relationship associates who work closely with agribusiness lenders to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results in customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and quality support.
  • Support your team's development through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Allocate work using a real-time workflow management program and manage escalations, planning, and reporting.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including region managers, bankers, and credit teams, to discuss pipeline, risk, and issues.

This full-time permanent position offers hybrid working arrangements, with a minimum of two days spent working from an office location. We encourage applicants to discuss their flexibility needs.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader, with a strong focus on people capability and development. They should possess excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

The successful applicant will also have a strong customer focus, experience managing complex customer relationships, and knowledge of lending processes, particularly business banking, agri-business, or operational banking teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of relationship associates and senior relationship associates to achieve exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve agreed success measures.

• Manage and allocate work using a real-time workflow management program.

• Engage with stakeholders to discuss pipeline, risk, and issues.

• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to support team members' development.
