People Systems Improvement Specialist
**Job Description:**
This role focuses on enhancing people systems to improve team experiences and operational efficiency. You will work across system configuration, reporting, process improvement, and user enablement—collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable, insightful, and user-friendly solutions.
As a curious and detail-oriented individual, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, working with both data and people. Your strong sense of ownership and follow-through will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A strong attention to detail and passion for clean, reliable data
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical users
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn
- 1-2 years' experience in HR, people systems, or reporting support
- Familiarity with Workday or similar platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors)
