Senior Vulnerable Client Advocate

The Coordinated Client Support Branch is seeking skilled professionals to fill Complex Case Manager positions.
- As a key member of the CCS team, you will contribute to managing programs and services that support vulnerable clients in navigating DVA services and connecting them to necessary resources for their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for case-managed clients
- Conduct client assessments including intake and risk assessments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to streamline access to services
- Link clients to mental health and support services
- Provide advice and coaching support to colleagues
Eligibility Requirements:
- Australian citizenship is required under the Public Service Act 1999
- Applicants must undergo a pre-engagement screening check, regardless of security clearance status
Recruitment Details:
- This recruitment process may be used to fill ongoing and/or non-ongoing positions
- Non-ongoing positions may be filled for up to 18 months
- A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created for future vacancies
