Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop strong, positive relationships and coordinate change management planning and initiatives.
  • Create and assist in the development of clear, concise, and engaging communication materials to inform stakeholders about the program's progress and updates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication purposes, ensuring accuracy before dissemination.
  • Coordinate the distribution of communication materials through appropriate channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the target audience.
  • Manage the program's digital presence, including the program's SharePoint site, by creating and curating relevant content that showcases the transformation journey and highlights key achievements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Change and or Communications Officer, Project officer role or similar in digital transformation programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Strategy, Business, or a related field will be highly regarded.
