
Clinical Services Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community by providing high-quality services to individuals with diverse needs.
The role involves managing a caseload of clients across the lifespan and from varying socio-cultural backgrounds, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve goals that align with individual plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertaking comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments to determine individual needs and goals.
- Developing and implementing person-centred interventions that address systemic issues and promote client empowerment.
- Monitoring and reporting on client progress, and addressing signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress.
- Providing written reports to outline progress reviews and ongoing areas of need.
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Current general registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication, time management, and writing skills.
- Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Active ABN.
