Job Description: We are seeking a Coding Audit Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical coding practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating audit teams in response to insurer onsite and remote audits. This will involve ensuring alignment of the audit work program with internal coding audit initiatives, resulting in improved coding accuracy.

Key to this role is your ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a strong working knowledge of clinical coding using ICD-AM/ACHI and ACS. A Certificate IV in Clinical Classification or equivalent is essential, as well as computer literacy with experience in patient administration software and Microsoft Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading coding teams with integrity, commitment to coding accuracy.
  • Clinical Coding Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of clinical coding using ICD-AM/ACHI and ACS.
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Clinical Classification or equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with experience in patient administration software and Microsoft Office.
