Job Title: Local IT Technician

This role is focused on delivering top-notch technical support to ensure seamless operations within the organization.

  • Provide first-line PC and Macbook support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, install and maintain applications and current operating systems, complete and assist global IT Operation teams with infrastructure maintenance, and automate tasks and identify process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a computer technician in a technical support role, with excellent knowledge of MS products (Windows 11, Office 365) and possess a working knowledge of networking protocols and public key cryptography.

Able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. They will also be willing and able to complete physical tasks such as lifting and racking servers, assisting with desk relocations, shifting workstations etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain virtualized servers and infrastructure, document and prepare FAQs for studio staff and IT teams, manage the inventory of IT equipment and licenses, manage the inventory of mobile devices, send and receive equipment to/from other studios and remote employees, and liaise with global teams on behalf of the studio for support.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a computer technician in a technical support role
