As a seasoned IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to internal employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of technical expertise, and a solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage, respond, and resolve IT tickets via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide technical support on the use of IT resources, including training and guidance
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through proactive issue resolution and timely responses
  • Maintain Audio Visual equipment and Video conferencing tools such as Slack and Google Meet
  • Manage inventory and availability of assets by maintaining an accurate asset register

This role requires strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business issues and requests, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably senior, and proficiency in dealing with high-touch/VIP/C-Suite users. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
