Live Entertainment Data Specialist

We're seeking an expert to unlock the power of live entertainment data.

  • Support clients in bringing their customer and e-commerce data into our analytics & digital marketing platform for ticketed events.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise project requirements.
  • Provide timely insights and recommendations to clients to help them solve problems and delight their customers.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the experience of thousands of attendees from football matches and theatre performances up to some of the world's biggest sports stadia and arena gigs.

Serving over 600 clients across 20 countries, we also partner with leading Scottish organisations such as the Edinburgh International Festival, Perthshire Box Office, and the SEC.

About You

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and time management skills – and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

Serving over 600 clients across 20 countries, we serve clients in the live entertainment industry.

We seek someone who has a strong foundation in data analysis and can communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Able to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering results.
