We are looking for a highly skilled Project Scheduling Lead to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project scheduling services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities will include maintaining the master schedule, providing schedule advice to clients and senior members of the team, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Some of the key specifications we attribute to the purpose include:

  • Maintain the Master Schedule
  • Provide support to project schedulers as required
  • Assist in integration of the schedule into reporting and broader project controls functions
  • Acknowledge receipt and action requests from line manager (Director)
  • Establish coordination with various team members and stakeholders to obtain schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning of major projects and programs
  • Contribute to a project team and integrate with technical advisors, clients' experts, contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule achievements/progress and forecasting
  • Analyse schedule data, produce regular updates, and identify potential issues
  • Determine impact of changes on overall project timeline and resources

In order to excel in this position, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a Senior Scheduler, Planner, or Schedule Manager role
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or have significant relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Safran, Acumen Fuse, or Primavera Risk is desirable
  • Proficiency in Power BI would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working on client or consultancy side and contracting is preferred
  • Security clearance or ability to attain one
