Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a team of project control professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Plan, monitor, and control project performance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project control systems, including scheduling, risk, and cost control.
- Carry out risk management strategies to mitigate potential project issues.
- Provide accurate information to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure consistent collection, analysis, and reporting of project data.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or cost overruns.
- Implement best practices and standards for project controls.
- Report complex project data effectively to stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship and ability to work in Adelaide.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a Project Controls role, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Control and Project Controls principles.
- Experience working in the infrastructure (marine, shipyards, civil) and Defence sectors.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
