  1. Lead and coordinate a team of project control professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Plan, monitor, and control project performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and manage project control systems, including scheduling, risk, and cost control.
  4. Carry out risk management strategies to mitigate potential project issues.
  5. Provide accurate information to support data-driven decision-making.
  6. Ensure consistent collection, analysis, and reporting of project data.
  7. Track project progress and identify potential delays or cost overruns.
  8. Implement best practices and standards for project controls.
  9. Report complex project data effectively to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship and ability to work in Adelaide.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a Project Controls role, with at least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Control and Project Controls principles.
  • Experience working in the infrastructure (marine, shipyards, civil) and Defence sectors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
