We are seeking a Guest Relations Agent to welcome guests and assist with face-to-face enquiries, reservations, and check-ins for the busy restaurant and event venues.

Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, processing payments accurately and efficiently, staying informed on current offers and promotions, collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth guest flow, providing support and solutions in guest service situations, and maintaining an organised and professional front desk area.

\

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment, have excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude, proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, and a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

\
