
Community Care Specialist

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care across centre-based and community settings.
The successful candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and a genuine interest in professional growth and lifelong learning.
- This role involves wound management, foot care, catheter changes, medication administration, and palliative support.
You will work closely with another Registered Nurse and two Enrolled Nurses, guided by an experienced Nurse Unit Manager, with access to specialist support and regular opportunities for professional development.
This position is offered on a flexible 20-hour-per-week rotating roster.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is required.
- A current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for home visits are also essential.
