The primary objective of this role is to proactively assist in the management and early resolution of disputes, ensuring optimal outcomes are achieved.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end workers compensation dispute process with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Attend relevant tribunals and participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team by embodying our company values and behaviours.
  • Ensure effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.

About You:

  • You have previous experience within a customer-focused or legal services background.
  • You possess demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • You possess proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
