The Opportunity

The main objective of this position is to proactively assist in managing and, where possible, resolving disputes efficiently, ensuring optimal outcomes.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire workers compensation dispute process, striving for positive outcomes.
  • Attend relevant tribunals and participate in meetings with various internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the management team by upholding our values and behaviors.
  • Effectively manage key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.
About You
  • Prior experience in customer-focused or legal services backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
