The main objective of this position is to proactively assist in managing and, where possible, resolving disputes efficiently, ensuring optimal outcomes.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
Your Responsibilities- Manage the entire workers compensation dispute process, striving for positive outcomes.
- Attend relevant tribunals and participate in meetings with various internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the management team by upholding our values and behaviors.
- Effectively manage key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.
- Prior experience in customer-focused or legal services backgrounds.
- Demonstrated knowledge of dispute resolution processes, relevant legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Proven negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to meet the needs of all stakeholders.
