Your Qualifications:

  • AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance
  • Experience in aged care (Clinical Care Manager experience desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in operational management including recruitment and rostering; ideally in a facility or clinical management position
  • A passion for improving resident outcomes and team culture
  • Fully vaccinated for influenza and COVID-19
