Geriatric Care Nurse

Mid North Coast LHD is seeking a skilled Geriatric Care Nurse to join their team.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of Registered Nurses, reflecting current standards of nursing practices and policies.

Role:

The Geriatric Care Nurse will be part of a dynamic healthcare team focusing on providing specialized care to elderly patients with complex health needs.
