Warehouse Trainer Position

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in training warehouse team members.

The ideal candidate will have recent warehouse experience in picking and packing, with a strong ability to operate an EPJ (Electronic Pallet Jack) and provide coaching to others.

A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for developing people are essential qualities for this role.

We are seeking a qualified Warehouse Trainer who can deliver practical, on-the-job training in safety and equipment use, maintain and update training materials, and monitor performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on manual handling and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials, SOPs and competency checklists to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Coaching and mentoring warehouse team members to improve their skills and performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and contributing to the development of our warehouse team.

Requirements:

  • Recent warehouse experience in picking and packing (min. 3 months).
  • Ability to competently operate an Electronic Pallet Jack.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in coaching others.
  • Previous experience in training or coaching (any field).
