Electrical Training Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Training Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training programs to clients in accordance with relevant legislations, policies, and industry standards. This includes:
- Delivering nationally recognised qualifications.
- Providing ongoing support to learners.
- Contributing to the development of programs and resource materials.
- Participating in moderation and validation.
Key qualifications include experience in delivering electrical services qualifications such as High Voltage Switching Operations (HVSO), Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Areas (EEHA), and Hazardous Area Classification & Design (HACD).
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a passion for training and working with learners, employers, and industry stakeholders. A mix of classroom and workplace-based training and assessment is expected, varying depending on the discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competency in using technology to facilitate learning is also desirable.
A strong commitment to continual improvement and upskilling is required.
