Our Graduate Program offers a seamless transition into the role of Speech Pathologist. We provide a comprehensive onboarding experience, including high-level supervision and ongoing support, allowing you to ease into your caseload.
You will have a dedicated buddy to assist with the transition and fortnightly technical training to enhance your clinical skills and confidence. Additionally, you will be mentored by an experienced clinician who delivers therapy in various settings, providing a valuable learning opportunity.
We foster a close-knit and supportive multi-disciplinary team environment that encourages connection and collaboration. You will work alongside dedicated Allied Health professionals and client support staff to develop holistic care approaches for our clients.

Your role as a Speech Pathologist involves working with children to achieve development milestones such as effective communication and participation in everyday activities. This includes educating and involving parents, carers, and others around the child to support language development.
We are seeking Graduates who share our passion for delivering engaging and meaningful therapy experiences for families. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and a degree in Speech Pathology. Additional requirements include eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating, a full valid driver's license, and relevant clearances.
