Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of School Facilities Operations Advisor. This position will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of high-quality operational advice to ensure safe and efficient cleaning, grounds, and facilities management across school sites.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes for cleaners and schools officers, grounds, and facilities. They will provide expert advice to schools on equipment, chemicals, and consumable items, facilitating the delivery and scheduling of training and assisting with the development of programs related to health, safety, and wellness policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to provide high-level advice to management and senior executives. They will have experience participating in project teams on program development, implementation, maintenance, and review, as well as providing and maintaining information from various databases, programs, and systems used by departmental officers.
