About the Role

We are seeking a School Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality operational advice and support.


  • This role will focus on ensuring safe and efficient cleaning, grounds, and facilities management across school sites.
  • The successful candidate will have responsibility for identifying and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve health, safety, and wellbeing outcomes for Cleaners and Schools Officers, Grounds and Facilities.

About The Opportunity

You will report to the Manager of the School Cleaning Team and work closely with resource management specialists to ensure the efficient delivery of services.



Key Responsibilities

The School Facilities Operations Specialist will be responsible for:


  1. Providing advice to schools on equipment, chemicals, and consumable items.
  2. Facilitating the delivery and scheduling of training programs for school-based facilities staff.
  3. Maintaining site measurement information for state schools.

What We Are Looking For

We require an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in participating in project teams to develop, implement, and review programs, policies, and procedures.



Experience in providing high-level advice and support to management and senior executives is highly desirable.



The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.



A current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services is required.
