About the Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team.
- Responsibilities include setting up and managing plants, equipment, and resources per project requirements and industry standards.
- Oversight of project plants, including EPB TBM, spoil conveyor, MSV, ventilation, backfill grout plant, water treatment, power/water supply, material handling, cross passage excavation plants, and related equipment.
- Coodination with Tunnel Plant Manager and Plant Manager for daily plant maintenance.
- Monitoring spare parts availability based on project priorities.
- Collaboration with Safety, Quality, and Environmental teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Fostering effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- A strong emphasis on collaboration and a team-oriented mindset.
- Attracting, developing, and managing resources to achieve team goals.
- Ensuring clarity of responsibilities and monitoring performance.
- Delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Relevant safety, construction, and industry certifications and tickets.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
- Strong focus in collaboration and teamworking spirit.
