About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the production needs of our programs.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for the production needs of our programs, including maintenance, repair and rectification of video, audio and broadcast-related IT systems.">
- Troubleshoot technical problems, liaise with vendors and provide emergency support for productions.">
- Maintain equipment quality, identify potential improvements and implement cost-effective, reliable and high-quality solutions.">
- Document completed work, maintain transparency and share knowledge with colleagues to improve overall operations.">
- Stay up-to-date on broadcast technology, perform research and continuously learn to develop and introduce improvements.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Previous experience in broadcast IT, broadcast engineering or support role.">
- Knowledge of television technology fundamentals and ability to use television tools and measuring equipment.">
- Three or more areas of expert-level knowledge, including camera maintenance, VTR maintenance, IP streaming technology, RF technology and component-level repair.">
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with proven documentation skills.">
