
Film and Television Production Coordinator

This is a dynamic role that requires a highly organized individual to support the VFX production team. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the producer and supervisors in day-to-day project management, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Maintain and update project databases, shot tracking systems, and other production management tools.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing action items to the team.
- Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports, schedules, and shot lists.
- Track and manage project assets, ensuring they are correctly organised and accessible.
- Help prepare and present project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a production coordinator or similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in film, television, or animation.
- Strong understanding of the VFX production pipeline and terminology.
- Proficiency with production management software ShotGrid.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
