About the Role

At Hudson RPO, we're seeking a highly skilled Management Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued success of our business by providing financial insights and strategic guidance to our client account leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end management reporting and prepare comprehensive reports, including recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Partner and collaborate with client account leaders as their trusted commercial advisor, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver financial analysis activities, including performance forecasting, account modeling, and cost structure reviews.
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting activities and monitor performance against targets.
  • Drive efficiencies, improve processes, and deliver a financial approach that aligns with key business goals.
  • Deliver corporate governance procedures, risk management, and internal controls.

About You

  • You are an experienced Accountant with strong financial acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • You have the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and effectively partner and advise non-financial stakeholders.
  • You are highly capable across financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with experience working with relevant tools and systems.
  • You possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with multiple stakeholders and managing many priorities, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
