About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to build relationships with non-finance teams and support their business decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day relationship management and business partnering throughout the institute
  • Undertaking strategic and operational planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting
  • Leading and reviewing the delivery of the month end process
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA/CA qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering
  • Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
