About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for building relationships with non-finance teams to support their business decision-making.

Day-to-day relationship management and business partnering throughout the institution will be a key aspect of this role.

You will undertake strategic and operational planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting, working independently as the second-in-command to the Senior Leader overseeing the division.

Lead and review the delivery of the month end process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Skills & Experience

CPA/CA qualification required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering

Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value

Strong verbal and written communication skills
