- Assisting the commercial manager with tasks related to job execution.
- Preparing various communications, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Managing IT assets and registers.
- Resolving IT issues with support from internal and external IT teams.
- Overseeing employee timesheet submissions.
- Organizing job-related accommodations and company events.
- Onboarding new staff members.
- Processing documents and data entry.
- Providing assistance with accounts payable as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient Microsoft PC skills and aptitude.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
