We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
">Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing and retiring infrastructure that supports digital services. This includes physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure. The engineer will work closely with the OpenStack Platform Team to develop, maintain and support our on-premises private cloud platform.
">Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day operational support for Red Hat OpenStack and Ceph clusters in a production environment.
- Automate routine maintenance, upgrade and deployment activities using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash.
- Identify areas for improvement and independently deliver platform enhancements.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation to support operational continuity.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying, administering and supporting large-scale on-premises Red Hat OpenStack environments.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with source control systems, particularly Git, and modern development workflows.
- Experience in the design, deployment and support of large-scale Red Hat Ceph storage clusters.
This is a long-term contractual position with an initial term of 12 months and potential extensions of up to 24 months. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
