Maintenance Supervisor

Leading a maintenance team in a dynamic 24/7 production environment is a challenging and exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled fitters, developing and coordinating daily maintenance plans, overseeing purchasing of consumables and inventory parts, allocating resources to meet operational demands, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with stakeholders across operations, electrical, and engineering teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a supervisor within a large industrial or processing facility.
  • Relevant trade or technical qualification, such as Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, liaise with stakeholders, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Strong focus on safety and ability to allocate resources effectively.

Applicants should have the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead by example, and foster a positive team culture.
