APAC Customer Security Management Lead

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Security Management (CSM) efforts in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with the needs and expectations of our customers, partners, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the security needs, challenges, and opportunities of APAC customers.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the APAC Security community.
- Design and deliver programs and initiatives that engage and educate the global Regulated Industry community on Microsoft's security practices, capabilities, and CISO office roadmap.
- Collect and synthesize feedback and input from the APAC community on Microsoft's security offerings and CISO office roadmap and communicate them to the relevant internal teams and leaders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation with the APAC customer community on security matters.
- Represent Microsoft as a trusted and credible voice on security matters in the APAC customer community.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise on the security landscape, challenges, and solutions for the APAC region.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives.
- Passion and curiosity for learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the security domain.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred.
