Job SummaryWe're seeking a Security Officer to provide a security presence while remaining alert and focused. As part of our enthusiastic and customer-focused team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Observe activities associated with asset protection and monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems.
- Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services as needed.
- Review camera footage and write reports to ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises to maintain a visible security presence.
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Open driver's license.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in monitoring a CCTV network.
- Competitive hourly rates and penalties.
- Opportunities for development and progression.
- Stability and certainty in a role.
- A collaborative and high-achievement-focused work environment.
