**Embedding Self-Determination Across Government Policy**

This role plays a pivotal part in integrating self-determination into government policy, strategy, legislative and regulatory work, as well as program design and delivery. You will be involved in Cabinet processes and reform projects that drive change and ensure Traditional Owners' rights are considered.

We require a skilled professional with analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and cultural awareness. Knowledge of Victoria's Aboriginal Self-Determination policy and agenda is essential. Experience engaging with First Peoples and Victorian Traditional Owners is an advantage.
