Job Title:

Graphic and Visuals Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic and Visuals Designer to help us scale our brand identity across multiple channels.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to design clear, compelling visuals that align with our brand's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our visual brand identity across various platforms, including decks, social media, landing pages, and more.
  • Design marketing assets, such as banners, one-pagers, email visuals, ads, etc., that capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Create branded presentations for internal and external use, effectively communicating our brand's message and values.
  • Visualize complex product concepts into clean, understandable graphics that simplify intricate ideas.
  • Implement designs in HubSpot, utilizing basic CSS/HTML knowledge to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external branding agency to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Maintain design consistency across all platforms, ensuring a unified brand image.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in visual or marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Google Slides, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas through smart design, capturing the essence of our brand's message.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Familiarity with B2B/SaaS design is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
